Payments aren't refunded as a rule, which is why there's a free plan to try first. We do refund billing mistakes, plans we end early, and Instagram restricting your messaging because of linkpls.

If Instagram restricts your account's messaging because of DMs linkpls sent, within the fair usage policy, we refund your latest payment in full, or add a free month if you'd rather stay. Claim within 14 days of Instagram's notice.
