Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Unlimited automations and 1,000 DMs a month, with every feature except the AI copilot and the API, for as long as you like. No card needed.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited DMs and the AI copilot, which writes your DM, up to ten versions of it picked at random, your public replies and keyword ideas, and drafts answers in the Reply Desk and Inbox. Pro also includes the API, to create and manage automations from your own tools.
Does the API cost extra?
No. The API comes with the Pro and Scale subscriptions: there’s no separate API plan and no charge per request.
Do plans limit how many DMs I can send?
Free includes 1,000 DMs a month: each person an automation reaches counts once, and the count starts again on the 1st. When they’re used, new comments don’t get a DM until then. Pro and Scale have no monthly limit. Every plan uses the same safe pacing: at most 200 DMs an hour and 1,500 a day for each Instagram account.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. Use the Free plan for as long as you like, and upgrade when you need more DMs, the AI copilot or the API.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pro is ₹3,990 a year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly. Scale will be ₹9,990 a year when it launches.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay, with UPI AutoPay, a credit or debit card, or a net banking mandate. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Is GST added?
No. linkpls doesn’t charge GST, so the price you see is what you pay.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted or paused: your automations keep running, but you can’t create more than the Free plan allows.
When will Scale be available?
Scale, with team seats and a shared Reply Desk, isn’t available yet.
