Delete your data through Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find linkpls under Active and tap Remove.
Instagram tells us straight away, and we delete your connected account together with its automations, conversations, leads and stored posts. If you asked Instagram to delete your data, it gives you a confirmation code that links back to this page, which then shows the request’s status.
Or ask us
Email [email protected] from the address you use with linkpls, or tell us your Instagram username. If you messaged or commented on an account that uses linkpls and want what it holds about you removed, write to us the same way. We confirm by email when it’s done.
What is kept
If you replied STOP to an account, we keep that one fact — your Instagram-scoped ID and the account you opted out of — so its automations can never message you again.
