A comment on a post or Reel, a reply to your story, a post shared with you in a DM, or a mention in someone’s story. Comments and story replies can require a keyword; shares and mentions don’t.

No. It answers comments, story replies, shares and story mentions, not keywords sent in ordinary DMs.

Capitals and extra spaces don’t matter, and the keyword must appear as a whole word, so “LINK please” matches LINK but “linkedin” doesn’t. You can add several keywords or answer any comment. A typo allowance catches one-letter slips in words of four letters or more.

linkpls runs on Meta’s official Instagram API, the one Meta built for business messaging. DMs are capped at 200 an hour against the 750 Meta documents, and each person gets the link once per automation, with STOP honoured permanently.

Within seconds when your account is quiet. On a busy post, DMs go out at least 12 seconds apart and never more than 200 an hour, so a spike drains steadily instead of all at once.

For each Instagram account: at most 200 DMs an hour and 1,500 a day, at least 12 seconds apart; and at most 30 public replies an hour and 150 a day, at least 45 seconds apart.

Instagram allows a private reply within 7 days of a comment, and replies to messages within 24 hours. A send that misses those windows is skipped rather than sent late.

If their whole message is STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL, they get one confirmation and aren’t messaged again by any of your automations.

No. Each person gets the link once per automation, however many times they comment.

Unlimited automations and 1,000 DMs a month, with every feature except the AI copilot and the API: all triggers, link buttons, follow to unlock, lead capture, catch-up, the Inbox, the Reply Desk and analytics.

Each person an automation reaches counts once, however many messages their conversation takes: a greeting, a follow ask and the link are one. The count starts again on the 1st of every month. When the 1,000 are used, new comments don’t get a DM until then; conversations already going still finish.

Yes. It comes with the Pro and Scale subscriptions at no extra cost, with no separate API plan. It creates, changes, pauses and deletes automations, lists your posts and exports your leads, from your own scripts or tools like Zapier and Make. Make a key in Settings → API keys. No. The Free plan is free for as long as you like, and you can upgrade when you need more.

Yes. Pro is ₹3,990 a year, two months free compared with paying monthly.

Through Razorpay, with UPI AutoPay, a credit or debit card, or a net banking mandate. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

No. linkpls doesn’t charge GST, so the price you see is what you pay.

Pro features stay on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted or paused: existing automations keep running, but you can’t create more than the Free plan allows.

linkpls refreshes its access automatically. If Instagram ends the connection, the dashboard shows “Needs reconnect” and you log in through Instagram again.

Remove linkpls from the apps connected to your Instagram account, or send a data deletion request. Your account, automations, conversations, leads and posts are deleted; opt-outs are kept so nobody who said STOP is messaged again.
