Terms of service

These terms cover your use of linkpls, a tool that answers Instagram comments, story replies and shares with public replies and DMs you set up. By using it you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

The service

linkpls works through Meta’s official Instagram Graph API. It is a young product: features will change, and some things described on the site are marked as coming soon until they exist. linkpls is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta or Instagram.

Your account

• Connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it.
• You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live if you buy a paid plan.

Using it fairly

You agree not to use linkpls to:

• break Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or Meta’s Platform Terms;
• send spam, or anything misleading, harassing, hateful or unlawful;
• message people who haven’t engaged with you, or keep messaging someone who has opted out;
• interfere with the service, or try to reach data that isn’t yours.

We may pause automations or suspend an account that puts people, the service or its access to Instagram at risk, and we’ll tell you why.

Instagram’s rules and limits

linkpls depends on Instagram. Meta can change its API, its limits or its rules at any time, and some features may stop working or change as a result. linkpls paces sends well under Instagram’s documented limits, but no tool can guarantee how Instagram will treat an account.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, and renew until you cancel.
• When you cancel, paid features stay on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your workspace then moves to the Free plan and keeps its automations and data.
• If something went wrong with a charge, email [email protected] and we’ll put it right.

Your content

What you write in linkpls — messages, replies, keywords — stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by disconnecting Instagram or asking us to delete your account (see Data deletion).

No guarantees

We work to keep linkpls running and your messages flowing, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell account owners by email.
