- Pick a comment and write a reply, or on Pro, ask the AI for a draft.
- Send it as a public reply, or dismiss the comment.

What lands there
Comments no automation matched, including while an automation is paused, plus matched comments that look like real questions: a question mark and more than 15 characters, or anything over 60.
Replying
Replies are public, under the comment, one per comment. They share the 30-an-hour public reply limit with your automations.
Dismissing
Dismiss clears a comment from the desk. Nothing changes on Instagram.
AI drafts
On Pro, the AI copilot drafts a reply using your brand voice. It鈥檚 always a draft: nothing is posted until you send it.

Can I send a DM from the Reply Desk?
No, the desk posts public replies. DM conversations are in the Inbox.
Is the Reply Desk on the Free plan?
Yes. AI-drafted replies need Pro.
